Refund policy
I strongly believe in happy customers, it's what I build my reputation on. Any problems let me know and I promise to sort the issue asap. If in doubt please read my reviews on customer service.
I gladly accept damaged returns (a replacement will be sent free of charge (obviously) and a refund for any return costs will be reimbursed).
I also offer exchanges or a credit voucher if you decide your item does not suit.
Contact me within 7 days of delivery.
Ship items back within 7 days of contacting me.
I don't accept cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
If your item arrives damaged please contact me and I will resolve it ASAP.
