I paint using a few different mediums: Acrylics, oils, ink and pen. The combination of these seem to give a lovely shimmer/glimmer to the paintings. You can see this effect over on my YouTube video channel. Every painting is then sealed under a specialist artist's varnish which helps to bring out the vibrancy in the colours. I also like to use just a good old fashioned pencil at times.
